By accessing or using the website FixMyPics.in (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

FixMyPics provides a collection of free, browser-based image editing tools. A core feature of our Service is its privacy-first design: all image processing is performed locally on your device ("client-side"). At no point are your images uploaded, stored, or transmitted to our servers.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to the images you process using our Service ("Your Content"). We claim no ownership over Your Content. Because your files are never uploaded to our servers, we never see, handle, or store them.

Our Service

The Service and its original content (excluding Your Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FixMyPics. This includes the website design, text, graphics, logos, and software. The Service is protected by copyright and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for Your Content and the consequences of processing and using it. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Process any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, such as copyrights or trademarks, without proper authorization.
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security of the Service.

FixMyPics does not warrant that:

• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FixMyPics, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein (Note: As per our Privacy Policy, we do not store personal information or your images).
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party.
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service.

This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if FixMyPics has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

7. Changes to the Service or Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice to you.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
